USA: We Provide flat rate shipping no matter where you are in the US. We aim to use the fastest and most trusted shipping companies to ensure the best service to our customers.

We offer Free shipping for 150$ CAD and above for Canadian Shipments.

We offer Free USA Shipping for $250CAD ~ 200$ USD (estimate).

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Pre-Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled within 3 days. If your order has been paid and you need to change it, you must contact us within 36 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be altered.
All sales are FINAL
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
All BWB Chocolate molds are final sale and non-refundable. Any faulty & defective products from the manufacturer are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We need proof of packaging condition and product condition received within same day of delivery.

Due to the nature of the molds, we do not send replacements to eligible claims. We provide Only refunds or store credit with next purchase

Peach & Nectar is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. We are happy to open a claim on your behalf with the shipping company, however, we do not have any guarantees.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
*You can submit claim requests 1 day after your parcel is delivered. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Food items cannot be refunded due to hygiene and food safety. Non-edible items are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are only refunded if the claim gets approved by the Shipping Carrier.

We accept Credit/Debit Card payments as they are the most secure and diverse options for both our local, domestic and international orders. We use Paypal for USA orders only as their has been issues regarding payments for local pickups. Hence, we have decided to simplify things by relying on secure, diverse and reliable methods for all our customers.
